New! MedSpa Rewards Program

As a valued client of Degäm MedSpa we are happy to introduce our New! Membership Rewards Program in which you will be rewarded with “points” for regular visits, referrals, specials promotions and purchases of products and services. It’s simple to start accruing points right away. Your points can be redeemed anytime for services or products.

Regular clients of Degäm MedSpa earn the privileges of our wonderful new MedSpa Rewards Program. Your MedSpa visits will earn you VIP benefits and perks, monthly newsletter and email alerts for private sales. All MedSpa clients accrue “points” for purchases at a rate of one point per dollar spent on products or services. Better still, you’ll receive 2,500 points for guest referrals, and hundreds of bonus points for prescheduling appointments, or trying new services during special promotions. (Gift card purchase points are awarded to the recipient’s account as they are spent.) You’ll be able to spend your “points” on anything you please, and earn extra points during special promotions, even when you refer a new guest. Gift Giving

Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used to purchase any service or product. They can be delivered by mail or overnight service. There is a small postage and handling charge for gifts sent by mail, and an additional charge for overnight service. Gift cards can conveniently be ordered in person, by phone or email.

We offer CareCredit to make it easier for our clients to get the aesthetic enhancements they want – when they want them. For treatment fees from $1 to $25,000, upon request and approval, CareCredit, has a payment plan for everybody. Depending upon your treatment, you can conveniently pay over time with a No Interest or Low Interest Payment Plan that fits comfortably into your lifestyle and budget.

Our FlexFee Cancellation Program

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are required within 24-hours of appointments. Our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation/rescheduling protocol is designed to give you maximum flexibility. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings - just like you, we’d much prefer to have another client take your place than charge for a cancellation. Clients are responsible for just $45.00 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling. We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it’s a spontaneous weekend away or the flu bug. We appreciate your understanding. The FlexFee is designed to provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees.

Amenities

Our MedSpa is intimate and wonderfully private. Our relaxing, cozy lounge, appointed shower and changing rooms provide a comfortable and luxurious visit. Because we manage these resources to ensure that they are available when you wish to use them, please be sure to let us know when scheduling your appointments if you would like to avail yourself to the shower.

Spa Wear

A plush, cozy robe and spa slippers are provided whenever guests visit for more than one service, or by request with any appointment. Lockers are also available at any time by request. Please “come as you are” to Degäm MedSpa – we will provide any spa wear required for you treatments and relaxation.

Refreshments

We provide a full refreshment service for all our guests, whether you are visiting us for an hour or the day. This includes a selection of teas, coffee, water, fresh fruit and high energy snacks. When making your appointments, let us know if you’d like to relax in the private lounge and enjoy refreshments before or after your treatments.

Product Return Policy

Because we carefully assess your needs and assist you in your product purchases, once opened, products may not be returned but may be exchanged or credited to your account.

Parking

Validated parking is available in the parking structure directly across from our building. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation. There is no time limit.
